At Just Bailey, every order is handled with care and intention.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Limited releases and Bailey Vault pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the order has shipped. Just Bailey is not responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by weather or service disruptions.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Just Bailey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Just Bailey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
