  • Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at just.baileyllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Order Issues

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
